By submitting this application you declare that all of the information provided in this Rental Tenancy Application is true and correct. If your application is accepted, you agree to sign a Rental Apartment Tenancy Agreement with the Landlord. I understand that a credit, reference and other relevant investigation will be undertaken to determine my rental, court, financial history and my ability to pay rent.  This also confirms that I request all credit reporting services, banks, courts, tribunals, employers and personal references to disclose any pertinent information about me to the Landlord or the Landlord’s duly authorized agent. I consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal information by the Landlord or its duly authorized agent, from time to time, for the purpose of determining my creditworthiness and suitability for the renting of the Premises, or making such other use of the personal information as the Landlord and/or its duly authorized agent deems appropriate as it relates to my tenancy.
